Tags: Hate I recently called our local cable company just to ask a quick question. After going through having a type in my phone number, press 3, press 1, someone finally came on the line. Then it was what is your address, zip code and last four of your social. I finally got to ask my question. While I waited for this person to answer my question...I get...well how are you enjoying our service? I'm not...I'm doing recon to find something out so I can switch! Oh really...why?? Look buddy...just answer my fuckin question!!! I'll explain as much as you want when I actually call to cancel....this is just a fact finding mission!!! Annoy someone else with your curiosity!! My quick question ended up taking 15 fucking minutes!! IBF

For reasons undoubtedly not connected with the subject of the post, this made me laugh out loud (and that's laugh out loud, definitely not LOL). I may even adopt it as a manifesto statement.
