Tags: Friends, Family, Hate You are annoying. I've seen you and your super cute daughter several times now. When you talk your voice is like nails on a chalkboard. I also want to remind you that your daughter is a toddler, stop bugging her. She has plenty of time to become an anorexic, bratty teenager that hates you... why rush it?? "Winners don't say can't! Can't is not a word that we use in our house" Blah. IBF

Dolph at 6:52 AM Apr 13, 2014 Andrew, It sounds as if you and I are of one mind on this issue! I selaicply appreciate you bringing up the finance department as having a role in customer relations. Back in the dot-com bubble I was subcontracting work to a large internet consultancy who had outsourced their time record keeping and invoicing. They went out of business in part because the supplier completely messed up their billing behind my months, lost hours, ghost hours made receiving an invoice from them a chore.
