i went into cricket and told them I wanted to start new service and being on the kidney transplant list i advised them i needed to keep the same phone#..this was on november 16, 2010 and it is now november 19, 2010 my boyfriend and I both have spoken to at least 10 different people all with excuses....i blew up today and told them good customer service is important to me I don't want excuses I want them to do something about this...come on people it wasn't cheap to start a new line of phone service...now my boyfriend doesn't want to join me in switching companies...if I don't get them to fix this I will go elsewhere there are plenty of providers who'd like to have my/our business
