Tags: consumer, Current Events I just drove through the drive-thru at Wendy's. The lovely man working the window came on the speaker and said...."ORDER!" WHAT??? Are you freakin' kidding me?? What in God's name has happened to service in this country? Why can't people just be friendly? It takes less energy to just smile than to act like an ass. IBF!
