Version 4: Choose Edit|Preferences|Advanced, click Enable JavaScript and then click OK. With Internet Explorer 5: Go to Tools Menu|Internet Options, Security Tab and click on the Custom Level. We are looking to pay off our credit card completely so I called to get our up to date outstanding balance. Did you know that they have no clue what it is?? They could not tell me the payout amount, the could only estimate what it would be on the next statement. Convenient, that way I get to pay them more interest while I wait for the balance. ibf
