Airline Complaint
Air Baltic cancelled my flight in august.
It took many e-mails (no calls, as nobody answered) and 2 months to get them confirming their mistake.
Now already for a month I'm waiting for promised compensation. During that period heared some stupid and some even more stupid excuses, but no real results.
And during those 3 months they've already lost my 3 round trips to Europe. Interesting, for how long they keep me avoiding me to use their services?
