Tags: Hate, Current Events This is to the inconsiderate young broad who came within two feet of running me down as I crossed from the door of the downtown library to my car in the handicapped parking. You could have severely injured me as you careened around that corner of the parking lot. I could not believe that you didn't even have the decency to roll down your window and apologize. You have no manners. Were you drunk or just stupid? ibf
