Snow
The Midwest snowstorm hit eight states overnight, and first claimed Sunday’s NFL match-up between the New York Giants and the Minnesota Vikings, forcing it to be moved to Monday. (The Giants were stuck in Kansas City overnight.) And now the Metrodome's roof has collapsed under the weight of snow (watch the video here), forcing the game to take place in Detroit. Twenty inches of snow blanketed parts of the region on Saturday, wreaking havoc on the roads. Blizzard warnings are in effect Sunday for much of northern Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Missouri, and Michigan.
All this and we can't get it to snow in Southern Colorado...IBF!
- Responding to Beppo's comment: I guess a llitte bit of both. Sometimes I write for reference (such as City Stages) and hope others can benefit. Other times I just lay my thoughts out there on a particular subject and hope I've enlightened or enraged someone. I try to create as logically structured an argument as possible and list sources (as needed).
