Visa seeking bitches
Okay-so here's the "ultimately screwed" story brought to you by our "Allies" across the Big Pond. But ya need some background too, so here goes:
Brits do not pay for legal fees. They CAN if they're very rich...but otherwise they simply claim "indegency" (i.e. poor n broke) and the Crown pays the way. So many take advantage of this that there is no "Malicious Litigation" laws on the books there. Thus begins our tale....
Once upon a time, a wannabe british princess pretended to be on birth control, and thus got pregnant, in order to get married to an American Soldier (as so many do) in the hopes of living the Brangelina Life. She soon discovered, however, that US Military junior NCO's-specifically in the Air Force and Navy-did not make the quota of gold needed to fulfill her make believe kingdom's credit card and overdraft payments, thanks to the dread King Baby Bush's budget cuts. Thus she gave the American Soldier's Heir to her own mother to raise, battering the Soldier with a 3 cell Maglite and phone books-and allowing the Soldier limited visits which could only be bought at an ever increasing price (this was made possible by England's archaic Maternal Law, which grants mothers sole custody except in the most extreme of cases). She refused to grant the Honourable Soldier a divorce or custody, and instead sought another American soldier (and another...and another...seven times over) in an attempt to land "the big one". Soon she settled on the idiot that a village in a certain American northern state had misplaced (and had managed to earn the rank of Staff Sergeant after more than a decade). Sure, he too was married with 3 small children, but the Wannabe Princess was not to be put off. She found a local British Prison Guard (also married) to get her pregnant (under the same "birth-control" scam), and convinced the honourable but foolish American husband that the child was his-while also telling the American idiot that it was HIS child (meanwhile, the local brit paid support, as the poor innocent child truely was actually his). Quite the scandal.
ANYWAYS....
One night, the nieve American soldier came home to find his wife, the Wannabe, riding the idiot (who, by the way, he sponsored) on the couch. The poor, fatherless/overfathered infant was left crying her little eyes out in her carseat by the front door for her Not-really Father to find, while the Wannabe was seducing the idiot on the family couch. The Wannabe laughed at the Honourable Soldier's folly, telling him he was "loyal and stupid. That's what made it so easy..."
The Honourable Soldier decided to fight-and so he took it to the Courts. He was not aware of English Law-nor the Maternal Law which existed. When he sought custody of his heir, the Wannabe's own parent's informed him (through their cost-free litagator) that the infant daughter he also so loved was not his blood at all and that they had all known it all along. Furthermore, they would use the brother/sister relationship to keep the her from his true American throne! Not believing the Wannabe would sink to such depths, the Honourable American demanded a DNA test (at his own cost, since the Wannabe's entire family was caliming poverty). One can only imagine his devastation when the test came in, declaring it was an impossibilty that he could be the infant girl's true father. In spite of the results, the Honourable American Soldier declared that, as he had literally helped bring the little girl into the World and had raised her for over two years, he would continue to claim her as his own. But the Wannabe had convinced the American Idiot that surely the child must be his.
And so the Honourable American Soldier lost his precious daughter AND his son, as courts are loathe to seperate siblings.
The Wannabe continued to claim poverty, obtaining a "council house" (think U.S. Section 8). She then moved the idiot in as a "room-mate", defrauding the US government out of thousands of dollars via the idiots Housing allowance (this would catch up with them later, costing the Idiot an Article 15, reduction of pay, and loss of rank....) When the Idiot recieved orders to North Carolina, the Wannabe SOLD the Honourable Soldier's son to her own mother for $10,000.00, where he lives now. The Idiot discovered he too was not the unfortunate little girl's father, but to late, as he had already claimed her to obtain an Embassy Birth Certificate and US passport.
As for the Honourable Soldier....he (re)met the girl of his dreams-his best friend from high school and has been truely happily married to her for several years. His Heir frequently speaks with him, and speaks of his wish to be reunited with his Father in America as soon as possible.
And the Wannabe and the Idiot...
You can find them at Pope Air Force Base. Well, the Idiot at least. The Wannabe is also still in North Carolina, divorced, and using your tax dollars to support her Brangelina dreams via welfare and food stamps and wrongful child support.
So who got Fuched? A little girl who will never know her true father, a young man denied the Father who loves him more than breath, an Honourable American Soldier who loved unwisely, and YOU the American Taxpayer who supports the Wannabe who believes she shouldn't have to work.
- I put the collage/banner toethegr. It was my fault. I would like to purchase some old photos of past political figures to make a collage if possible. That particular banner was never meant to stay up as it was only pictures of buildings and more of an experiment. I am actually the history buff on this blog. I would like to do a 20th century and 19th century theme.
