I am very happy to see that President Obama has properly blessed his healthcare reform package with a unique version of his "insignia" of American hope slightly altered with traditional signs of medicine. Why don't we take less time focusing on how he can put his personal stamp of egocentrism on every tiny thing and start focusing on the larger task at hand. Years from now, President Obama's "reign" will go down as the biggest con in American history. It will be celebrated not by creating change and bringing true hope to the people of the United States but as a perfect work of art with nothing but smoke and mirrors. I worry for our generation and generations to come as the United States continues to fall prey to well worded teleprompters and desperation. While I am a simple person, I do not know how one person could make a difference in combating an avalanche but if everyone would find one thing, we all collectively could make a difference for ourselves, our children and our grandchildren. An opportunity to say that Americans may be naive and too quick to push the easy button, but when push comes to shove, they will not be masterminded or puppeteered. Anyone with me?
