Lies

Tags: discussion, facebook, lies, Religion I participated in a discussion on FB (facebook...for those of you under a rock) today. Is a lie is a lie is a lie? I voted that there is a gray area. Saying to someone that you have plans when you don't to avoid someone...or just cause you don't want to, is I think MUCH different than say cheating on a spouse or something equally horrible. Someone wrote that a sin is a sin and lying and any form of lying is a sin. Can someone please tell me then who ISN'T going to hell, then?? We're all fuched...on so many levels. I don't know one single person who has never told a white lie...or a whopper for that matter.
