Terrible experience. First off, my party's whole order was wrong. After the waiter brought back our partially corrected order, it was cold. My mashed potatoes felt like they were just pulled out of the fridge. We asked to speak to the manager and he was very rude. He did not offer an apology and even raised his voice at us. There was a waitress whom dropped a spoon or folk on the frontm picked it up and served it to the guest with washing or wiping it off. I notified the manager of this and nothing was done. The contacted the general manager and nothing has been done about the terrible experience that I had. We've been fuched!!!!
