I have an at&t go phone. Which is a prepaid phone. It cost $60.00 a month for unlimited talk and text. I added $60.00 to my account yesterday so my phone could automatically renew itself when my 30 days expired. Well, they also had me set up for automatic payment somehow and charged my debit card another $65.00. And the money I put in the account, they are deducting from for every call and text I make. I called the customer service line and they said the money is non refundable and they could do nothing to fix this. AT&T is a joke, and I will not ever use their service again. ibf
