Misleading Museum

I am visiting Baltimore from out of town with my family and I saw on the web an ad for the children's museum Port Discovery. The ad stated that on Nov. 17 the museum would be $2 form the hours of 4pm-7pm because of the "Target $2 Family fun Night." We'll we packed the kiddo up and headed over to the Port Discovery Museum. We got there at 5pm only to see all the gates down, lights off, and the doors locked. There were no signs posted or info stating why the event was not being honored that night. Needless to say we were highly disappointed. i got home and rechecked the site and it is still clearly posted that on thursday 11/17/10 the museum was supposed to be opened from 4-7pm
