Apparently drinking water is in short supply here! Drinking water is not served unless asked specifically for, and a second round is just too much to ask for! The waiter, on being asked to leave the pitcher behind after refilling glasses, said a blatant 'no' without apology or excuse.

Well, he just made sure that I never visit them ever again. ibf
