Walmart Supercenter
Went to the store for the 5am electronic sale. Only to find out they were doing vouchers and they had started handing them out at 10:00 Thanksgiving night. This was not announced anywhere in advance. I showed up at 4:00 and stood where the map showed that the product would be located. I stood and waited and after about 20 minutes, I overheard a conversation about vouchers but,they were talking about a different item. I then inquired about the vouchers, and was told, that yes, all computers, TV's and game systems were handle this way since they had limited quantities. I don't have a problem with vouchers, but I feel if the were going to change the way of doing things, they could of let the public know. This was very deceitful, even a sign posted at the entrance would have saved me a lot of time standing. Makes you wonder if this wasn't announced anywhere to the public. Did they share these vouchers with friends and family first. Or were they available for everyone. Just how were this vouchers handled, since I only saw 1 employee with them. At least the competition let you know when the vouchers would be available.
