Tags: Hate, Friends, Family, consumer B of A changed their policy, (the rules) for maintaining a free checking account.
They did not inform me.

B of A raised their fee, (penalty) for not meeting requirments.
They did not inform me.

B of A took money from my account for three months before I caught on.
They did not inform me.

I went to the bank to get to the bottom of this.
There was no one in the bank that day to talk to me.

I get a letter from B of A on how to properly balance a check book.
I'm done with Bank of America.
