Howard is Sticking Around!
Don't worry, Sirius stockholders, Howard Stern is sticking around to prop up satellite radio. The shock jock announced Thursday he has signed a new five-year contract with Sirius, quelling rumors that he might be planning to switch formats. Rumors of a Stern departure sent Sirius' stock price down 14 percent as executives predicted as many as 2 million customers might cancel their subscriptions if Stern left. The company has seen an increase in subscriptions as the auto industry has recovered, since a large percentage of its sales are tied to deals with automakers.
- Good Question-Waiting for marriage is ayalws ideal but nowadays we all know this is unlikely. Many may say the “rule” is 3 months but I don’t believe that works. If your feeling someone and the relationship is progressing to where you begin to develop genuine feelings for them you may give it up before 3 months and I don’t think there is anything wrong with that. The longest I have held out was about 2 months. I changed the words a little but I love these lyrics “If your hands in the cookie jar know one thing, you’re not taking the cookie with out leaving a ring.” Before I become intimate with any man I have to trust him and there has to be some sort of commitment. Now weather this takes 3 weeks or 3 months is determined by the breathe and depth of self disclosure and the quality of time we spend with each other. Every relationship is different.To answer the second part of your question, I was once told by one of my good guy friends that if I’m not giving him any, he is probably getting it elsewhere. I do believe this and I wouldn’t be upset if he was sleeping with someone else until I was ready to take that next step however I wouldn’t want to know that he was. When its time- all that other stuff he is doing with whoever he is doing it with is getting shut down!
